If you are a caregiver looking for a supportive network and leading local expertise, the Caregiver Coalition of Northeast Florida is for you. The purpose of the Caregiver Coalition is to serve as an umbrella organization for information, services and activities regarding caregiving for older adults and adults with disabilities and to serve as advocates for the needs of caregivers in Northeast Florida, to include the counties of Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns.
